I’ve noticed—personally and professionally—is that most sleep advice still assumes you're only managing one child. But what about when you’re trying to settle a baby while your toddler is melting down? Or when nap schedules collide with nursery runs and everyone's overtired?

There’s a real gap here. And I want to help bridge it.

I’ve set myself a goal to speak to 40 mums who are:

  • Pregnant with baby #2 (or more), or

  • Parenting a baby (5+ months) alongside an older sibling

The goal? To simply chat about how they’re feeling around sleep—frustrations, wins, routines, what’s working and what isn’t. It’s not a sales pitch. There’s nothing to buy. Just me, listening and learning. And in return, I’ll offer a personalised sleep tip for whatever they’re finding most tricky right now.
