Customised Sleep Plan - step-by-step, age-appropriate plan covering all aspects of your child’s sleep. Guidance on feeding, naps, bedtime routines, and addressing common challenges like early waking or night fears, plus anything else we have discussed in our consultation.

Ongoing Support - 3 weeks of follow-up support including: daily 20-minute calls in the first week to review progress, answer questions, and adjust the plan as needed. WhatsApp message support for the full 3 weeks to answer any questions that pop up throughout the day. Excluding Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday.
